2. Account creation

Creating an organizer account is necessary to manage and publish a competition. The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his identifiers and any activity carried out from his account.

3. Description of services

Petanque Manager allows you to organize competitions (petanque, Provençal game, puck, etc.), manage teams, formulas, results and live monitoring.

4. User Responsibility

The user undertakes not to use the platform for purposes that are illegal, fraudulent or contrary to public order.

He is solely responsible for the content published (name of the competition, images, descriptions, etc.).

5. Account suspension or deletion

Petanque Manager reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of non-compliance with these T&Cs.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, design, functionalities) are protected by intellectual property law.

7. Modification of the T&Cs
