2. Account creation

Creating an organizer account is necessary to manage and publish a tournament. The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and any activity carried out from their account.

3. Description of services

Petanque Manager allows you to organize tournaments (petanque, jeu provençal, palet, etc.), manage teams, formats, results and live scores & results.

4. User Responsibilities

The user undertakes not to use the platform for purposes that are illegal, fraudulent or contrary to public order.

The user is solely responsible for the content published (name of the tournament, images, descriptions, etc.).

5. Account suspension or deletion

Petanque Manager reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of non-compliance with these Terms of use.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, design, functionalities) are protected by intellectual property law.

7. Changes to the Terms

Petanque Manager reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed in the event of a substantial modification.

8. Applicable law
